My services are for anyone interested in getting the most out of their life by taking responsibility, gaining greater self-awareness, and working towards specific goals at work or in life.

Potential benefits of working with me include problem-solving skills, enhanced coping strategies and other, individually tailored, approaches to help you achieve your goals. I may also provide you a fresh perspective on a difficult problem or point the direction to a solution. The benefits you derive from working with me also depend on how well you use the process and put into practice what you learn.
What is working with you like?
Every session is geared to your needs and specific goals. The initial session is spent clarifying what you expect to gain form working with me, as well as learning more about your life history and experiences. Typically, at the beginning sessions occur weekly, lasting around 60 minutes. Overall, however, the number and frequency of sessions will depend on your needs and preferences.
You can expect to be asked to do “homework” between sessions, such as making lists, tracking certain behaviors, experimenting with new ways to approach problems and situations, and gathering information to guide your decisions. For this process to be most effective you must be an active participant, both during and between the sessions. Here is some of what you can expect from working with me:
